In celebration of International Children’s Day and the Day of the African Child, First Capital Bank Mozambique carried out social responsibility activities at its Maputo, Beira and Nampula branches on 8 and 15 June.
The activities, carried out in partnership with the Projecto Esperança in Maputo and Beira with the Mosteiro Mãe de Deus – Lar da Nazaré in Nampula, were enthusiastically participated in by the bank’s employees. The children enjoyed games with the clowns, mascots, music and a moment of Financial Education with the reading of the book (produced by the bank itself) about Khensane, the boy who had his first bank account at the age of 5 and started saving from early on.
These actions reaffirm our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and the social development of the communities where we operate.
