On the 7th of May 2022, a strategic alignment meeting was held at the Joaquim Chissano Conference Center under the slogan “Growth is our business”. The event aimed to discuss the strategic alignment of the bank through the presentation of the 5 Critical Success Factors. This event was part of the Bank’s commitment to plan, implement, stimulate and monitor its objectives with its employees since they are an essential element for the growth of the bank based on our values- Collaboration, Integrity, Innovation, Citizenship and Service excellence.
