Has a degree in Business Organization and Management, with a specialization in Finance from Instituto Superior das Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa (ISCTE) in Lisbon and has over 20 years of professional experience in internal and external audit in different geographies of the European and African continent, including 16 years in the Banking sector.

He joined the FMBCH Group in 2018 to assume the role of Group Internal Audit Director, and in October 2021 assumed the role of Interim CEO of First Capital Bank Mozambique.
