Krishnah Rameschandra has a degree in Management from the Instituto Superior de Ciências e Tecnologia de Moçambique (ISCTEM).
She began her professional career in 2002 at Ernest & Young as an auditor. In 2003 she moved to Standard Totta (BSTM) (currently Standard Bank S. A.) where she worked as a customer service and credit analyst (2003 to 2006). In 2006, she joined Banco de Desenvolvimento e Comercial S.A. (now FNB Moçambique S.A.) as Senior Corporate Manager until 2011, and in 2011 she was promoted to Commercial Director. In September 2016, she rejoined Standard Bank S. A. in the role of Senior Corporate Manager in the role of Business Development Director and later moved to the role of Oil & Gas Sector Director.
